How to place an order or a quotation?
First you need to register. Once you register you will receive a logging number which
you will use for present and future orders.
Choose the equipment an add it to your cart.
Proceed to check out.
You will get a proforma or quotation invoice with freight, insurance, delivery time and
payment details.
Upon receiving you payment we will send you the goods ordered via UPS.


Can I change an order?
If already paid and the goods did not leave our warehouse we will change the order. If
the goods have left our warehouse we will not change the order.


How will I know the delivery date?
The estimated delivery date will be shown on the proforma invoice. When the goods
leave our warehouse you will be notified by mail with an UPS tracking number.


Where do you sell?
We sell and ship worldwide but more specifically into EC countries as the EC Duty has
been paid so the only added expense will be you local VAT TAX as when you buy locally
so you will not have any unexpected expense.


How fast is the delivery?
If in stock we deliver the same day we receive the invoice transfer to our bank ,if not in
stock we will indicate the estimated delivery time in the quotation.


We are distributors/dealers can we get a discount?
Our prices are already very low. However for orders over 50.000€ we could analyze it
depending on the goods ordered. To do so you need to place an order and we will let
you know upon analyzing it.

 

We have a big project with mixed equipment , can you help ?

Certainly. You may click on "BIG PROJECT" and list your requirement , once we analyze it we will quote you accordingly .

If we do not have the brand you require  we will give you an alternative one . Our prices for big projects are quiet attractive.


What will be the shipping and insurance cost?
The shipping and insurance cost will be added in your quotation/proforma.
We use UPS fast service-courier at very good negotiated rate.


Do you have a catalogue?
Our catalogue is our website.


Can we communicate via telephone?
No, you cannot. However you may use the contact us page if you are registered and
we will gladly reply your enquiry. We recommend you check our FAQ page as you may
find the reply there.


What happens if the order do not arrive when estimated?
Once the good leave our warehouse you will receive a tracking number with estimated
arrival date. If you do not receive the goods on time you may contact the transport
company to find out. If you do not get an acceptable solution please contact us, giving
us all the details of your invoice tracking number and problem. We will deal with it and
get back to you.


What happens if we have a mixed order and some goods are in stock and some are not. When we will receive the goods?.
For mixed orders we can either send what is in stock and the rest upon arriving or wait
to send all the order together. You need to advise us if you will accept partial shipment
or only complete order.


What happens if one of the ordered items not in stock takes longer than the expected delivery time?
Our estimated delivery time is a precise as we know but it might happen from time to
time due to sudden shortage of a popular good, in that case we will keep you informed
of the best possible delivery date or we will advise you a replacement for this good or
send you the funds if required.


How long will you reserve the goods ordered?
Upon receiving the proforma/quotation if accepted you should confirm it and transfer
us the invoice amount indicating the proforma/quotation number. (This is very
important).
Once you have done it you should send us the swift transfer number.
The proforma/quotation will be cancelled automatically if we do not receive payment
one week after the proforma is issued.
You will need then, to ask for a new a quotation.


How about the guarantee?
All the equipments have the manufacturer guarantee which is at least 12 months and
covers all faults due to the manufacturing. If the repair is due for misuse, damaged
from an accident or modification of original state, the guarantee will not cover the
repair and will have to be paid by client. However this will have to be determinated by
the authorized repair center. When the guarantee is over 12 months we will let you
know.


When importing into EUROPE do I need to pay EC import duty + VAT?
We ship with EC duty paid from our European warehouse. You will only have to pay
VAT in your country as any other good bought locally.


I am not from an EC country, is the cost the same?
All our products have the EC duty paid, however we could sell you with non EC duty
but it will take longer the delivery time. It will be worthwhile if it is a large order.


How will I pay?
Most common is a bank transfers to our IBAN account as indicated in proforma/quotation.
IBAN and wire transfer will take from 2 to 3 working days.

You may also make a wire transfer or via PAYPAL.


In which currency can I pay?
In EUROS, US DOLLARS, British Pounds.


How will I know if the good offered is for PAL or NTSC?
All our products are PAL unless otherwise stated.
